- Space planning and mood boards.
- Selection, specification and management of ordering and delivery of all materials /products and finishes, including tiles, floor coverings, window furnishings, art and accessories, cabinetry, lighting, colour schemes, etc.
- Preparation of the building contract (where appropriate).
- Administer the terms of the building contract (where appropriate).
- Conduct meetings with the contractor/s to review progress.
- Provide production information as required by the building contractor/s.
- Inspection of project during construction and fit-out stage and prepare snag list.
The upgrade for the COMPLETE EXTENSION PLANNING Package will include:
- Consultation with Planning Authorities(where appropriate).
