• Select, specify, order and arrange delivery of all materials / products and finishes, including tiles, floor coverings, window furnishings, art and accessories, cabinetry, lighting, colour schemes, etc.
• Prepare the building contract where appropriate.
• Conduct meetings with the contractor/s to review progress.
• Provide production information as required by the building contractor/s.
• Inspect project during construction and fit-out stage and prepare snag list (where appropriate).
